"Rocky" style olympic chains. Anyone who's ever trained with chains,
whether for rehabilitation or just general training, will agree they're a fantastic
variation for almost any exercise - deep squats, front squats, pressing, lateral
raises (like Rocky ;-).
MEDIUM CHAINS: Ideal for pressing exercises - shoulder press etc. Sold
as a pair of 2m chains, weighing 18kg each. Complete with heavy duty ring for
attaching to olympic bar.
